30. Seafloor Cavern
Mossdeep City, Route 127, Route 128, Seafloor Cavern.
Walkthrough
Capt. Stern's stolen submarine is under Route 128. Surf south from Mossdeep City across Route 127 to Route 128, and use Dive on the dark patch of deep water.
On the sea floor, follow the trench to the submarine and the cave beside it. Surface inside to enter the Seafloor Cavern.
The cavern is nine rooms of boulders to push with Strength, rocks to break with Rock Smash and water currents to ride with Surf. Team Aqua grunts and the admin Shelly battle you on the way down.
Archie is in the last room. You beat him, but he has already used the
Red Orb to wake Kyogre, which escapes. The weather over eastern Hoenn turns
wild, and Steven flies ahead to Sootopolis City.
