pkmn plays the Pokémon, moves and items of the Generation 3 games (plus the moves, abilities and held items of Generations 4 and 5) under the battle rules of Generation 9, with the Generation 3 type chart. Each page here says what the game does at this release and marks every place where that differs from the mainline games.
