24. Abandoned Ship
Slateport City, Route 109, Route 108, Abandoned Ship.
Walkthrough
This chapter is also optional. From Slateport City, surf west along Route 109 to Route 108. The wreck of the S.S. Cactus sits in the middle of the route. Climb the stairs onto its deck to enter the Abandoned Ship.
The 
Storage Key is in the captain's office. Six trainers are spread through the
cabins. The storage room on the lower deck opens with the key and holds 
TM13.
Route 107 joins Route 108 to Dewford Town, and Route 105 runs north from Route 106 to Route 104. Both are open water with trainers, and now that you have Surf they are another way around the west of Hoenn. The Island Cave on Route 105 is sealed for now.
Not in the game yet
The part of the ship reached with Dive is not in the game. The pool on the lower deck leads nowhere, and the hidden rooms below, which hold the Scanner and several items, cannot be reached.
