29. Space Center
Mossdeep City.
Walkthrough
Team Magma has taken over the Space Center in Mossdeep City and wants the rocket fuel. Go in and beat the four grunts on the first floor and the one guarding the stairs.
On the second floor, three more grunts battle you one after another. Then Steven joins you for a multi battle against Maxie and Tabitha, two of your Pokémon and two of Steven's against theirs. It is the only multi battle in the story.
Team Magma leaves. Follow Steven to his house in Mossdeep, where he gives you 
HM08.
You can now dive into the deep-water patches on the sea routes.
