33. Power Plant
Route 10, Power Plant.
Walkthrough
Surf down the river on Route 10, south of Route 9, to reach the Power Plant. You can come here as soon as you have Surf; this chapter places it after the Hall of Fame.
The plant is full of wild Electric types: Pikachu, Magnemite, Voltorb and Electabuzz. Some of the item balls are Electrode in disguise; two of them battle you at level 34.
Zapdos waits at the back of the plant at level 50. Save before you talk to it. 
TM17 and 
TM25 are also inside.
