25. Cycling Road
Celadon City, Route 16, Route 17, Route 18, Fuchsia City.
Walkthrough
From Celadon, go west onto Route 16. A second Snorlax sleeps
there; wake it with the Poké Flute. Cut the tree behind it to reach a small house where a girl gives
you 
HM02 (Fly).
The Route 16 gate also has an aide who gives you the 
Amulet Coin if you own at least
40 kinds of Pokémon.
The Cycling Road is Route 17. The guard lets you on only with a Bicycle. Ten bikers stand along it. It ends on Route 18 and leads east to Fuchsia City.
Fly takes you to any town you have visited. With it you can get around Kanto much faster from here on.
