Set a party POKéMON's move slot to ANY move, ignoring learnsets.
GM only
Requires the GM role; refused for everyone else on live servers. Players see "not a GM".

Usage
gmmove <slot> <0-3> <MOVE_…><angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] optional, and | separates alternatives. Tab completes the command name, and the arguments where the console knows them.
Examples
gmmove 0 0 MOVE_FLAMETHROWER

GM ONLY, and it WRITES AND PERSISTS the party. Unlike
