teach
Give a party POKéMON a move outright (the only way to get CUT, FLASH or ROCK SMASH today).
Offline or GM
Refused on a live character unless the account has the GM role ("cheats are off on a live character"). These run in an offline session, with no character signed in, which is how the game is tested.

Usage
teach <slot> <MOVE_…><angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] optional, and | separates alternatives. Tab completes the command name, and the arguments where the console knows them.
Examples
teach 0 MOVE_CUT
teach 0 ROCK_SMASHCareful
Writes the party and PERSISTS it. The move is appended to the first free slot with no HM/TM check, no bag cost and no receipt flag — it is a debug affordance, not the teaching flow. A mon that already knows four moves is refused rather than made to forget one.
