Refused on a live character unless the account has the GM role ("cheats are off on a live character"). These run in an offline session, with no character signed in, which is how the game is tested.

Usage
tp <x> <y><angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] optional, and | separates alternatives. Tab completes the command name, and the arguments where the console knows them.
Examples

Moves the player straight through collision and WITHOUT running a warp, so the destination's ON_TRANSITION script never fires. A target outside the loaded component leaves you standing on nothing.
