Set a party POKéMON's six EVs (0-255 each), in the order the Summary tab reads them.

Requires the GM role; refused for everyone else on live servers. Players see "not a GM".

Usage
gmevs <slot> <hp> <atk> <def> <spa> <spd> <spe> [over]<angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] optional, and | separates alternatives. Tab completes the command name, and the arguments where the console knows them.

GM ONLY, and it WRITES AND PERSISTS the party. The 510 total is enforced unless the literal word
