Grant yourself a timed buff (see buffs for what is active).
Offline or GM
Refused on a live character unless the account has the GM role ("cheats are off on a live character"). These run in an offline session, with no character signed in, which is how the game is tested.

Usage
buff <name> <minutes><angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] optional, and | separates alternatives. Tab completes the command name, and the arguments where the console knows them.

CUSTOM MMO CONTENT, not a decomp behaviour, and it PERSISTS to the account immediately — a buff granted here survives a relog and keeps running while you are offline. It also changes what money and EXP a battle pays out, so a character being used to check decomp-exact numbers should have none active.
