Interface
- The Esc menu is shorter: Resume, Settings, FAQ, Report a bug, Respawn, Log out and Exit. Everything else is on the new menu bar.
- A menu bar in the bottom-right corner opens the Bag, Pokedex, Community and the rest. On a gamepad, Start moves to it.
- Your HeartGold and Black cartridges are extracted again once, to give the menu bar its last four icons.
- Jumping down a ledge kicks up a puff of dust where you land, and a boulder shoved with Strength raises one too, in both regions.
Fixes
- Fly no longer seems to freeze mid-flight or fly in twice: the bird grows out of its ball, leaves the screen and shrinks back in.
- After a door, a warp or calling it out, your follower waits out of sight and appears behind you on your first step, not on top of you.
- When you jump a ledge, your follower turns to watch and slides across after you on your next step instead of popping to the far side.
